Most of our clients have a small team or no web staff at all. So we work the way a good colleague would: we answer the phone, we explain things in plain language, and we don't make you file a ticket to change a sentence on your homepage.
Modern tools let us build fast. That time goes into your message and your donors, not into plumbing. Most sites launch in weeks.

Everything. The domain, the code, the content, the accounts. Some of our past work has carried on under other teams, which is exactly how it should work.
What a retainer includes
The build, hosting, updates and content changes, plus a standing partner for the operations questions that come up: which giving platform, what the analytics mean, whether that internal spreadsheet should be a tool. Within reason, and without a change order.
