- How long does a new site take?
- Most launch in weeks, not months. A small site can be live in two to three weeks once we have your content and photos; a larger one with a store or a content migration takes longer, and we tell you how long before we start.
- Do we have to write all new content?
- No. We write new content where you want it and carry over what you already have where you don't. Years of news posts, reports and pages come across cleanly.
- Which donation platform do you use?
- Whichever fits you. We have set up several and will recommend one based on your size, your recurring-gift needs and the fees. You own the account.
- Can our staff update the site themselves?
- Yes. Every site we build lets non-technical staff change words, photos and news without calling anyone. We show you how, and we are there when you forget.
- What happens after the first year of a retainer?
- The monthly rate drops to a maintenance level that covers hosting, updates and small changes. Most clients stay; those who don't keep everything.
- Do you only build websites?
- Websites are where most clients start. We have also built online stores, a mobile app, and an internal operations portal, and we handle domains, email and the IT behind a small team.
