What sets the price
Every quote comes from the same few things: how many pages the site needs, how much of your existing content we carry over, and whether it includes extras like a donation page and giving platform, an online store, or a tool your staff use behind the scenes. A four-page site for a volunteer group sits at the low end. A larger organization with years of news, a store and recurring giving sits higher.
What every price includes
A site built for phones first, fast on a weak signal, that your staff can update without calling anyone. You own the domain, the code, the content and the accounts. On a retainer, hosting, security updates and content changes are part of the monthly price, along with help on the operations questions that come up: which giving platform, what the analytics say, whether a spreadsheet should become a tool.
How to get a quote

Questions
What people ask us.
- How much does a nonprofit website cost with Amnibus?
- A one-time project starts at $1,500. A monthly retainer starts at $300 a month on a 6- or 12-month term and includes the build, hosting, updates and ongoing help. Hourly work is $85 an hour.
- What makes the price go up?
- Mostly the number of pages, how much existing content we move over, and extras like an online store, a donation platform setup, or a tool your team uses internally. We quote all of it before we start.
- Is hosting included?
- On a retainer, yes. With a one-time project, hosting and light care are a small monthly plan, so the site stays updated and online.
- Which is better, a retainer or a one-time project?
- A retainer suits teams that want a site that keeps improving and a partner on call, without a big payment up front. A one-time project suits smaller sites and boards that prefer a single expense.
- Do you charge for a quote?
- No. Send us your website address and your email, and within a week we email you a free mockup of your homepage and a quote.
- Who owns the site when it is finished?
- You do: the domain, the code, the content and the accounts, whichever way you pay.
